Late cancellations

We appreciate that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment and kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours notice (this includes downgrading your appointment services, if you decide that you only want a portion of the services you are scheduled for). 

Late cancellations will result in a  50% charge of your appointment cost. This will be payable at your next appointment. 

 

 

*Online bookings will be charged by way of your online payment method on the day of the cancellation/no show/lateness.


 
 

Patch Test's

Patch test's need to be book at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment date. Failure to book & attend a patch test will result on part of your treatment not being carried out or your appointment cancelled completely. Please note you will still be charged for the full appointment. Patch test's are the client's responsibility to book in. If you are unsure if you require one then please get in touch in plenty of time before your appointment date.

 

Valuables

Please ensure that you retrieve all your valuables before leaving the premises as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.

 

 

 

Complaints Policy

 

We are committed to providing a high-quality service to all our clients. When something goes wrong, we need you to tell us about it. This will help us to improve our standards.

 

If you have a complaint, please contact us with the details within 48 hours of your treatment.  

 

‘No show’ & lateness

‘No show’ appointments will result in a 100% charge of your appointment cost. This will need to be paid in advance of your next appointment.

 

Please note that lateness by more than 10 minutes will result in a missed appointment and therefore will be treated under the ‘no show’ policy.

Long Appointments & 

Pre Paid Courses

To secure long appointments a non refundable booking fee will be required at the time of booking. This will then come off the total of your treatment cost. Failure to give at least 24hrs notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit and the remaining 50% charge of appointment cost.

 

Pre paid course bookings: failure to make an appointment or give less than 24 hours cancellation notice, will result in the missed appointment being forfeited. No refund or alternative appointment will be given for any missed appointments or short notice cancellations. 

 

Gift Vouchers & Courses

Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from day of purchase. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and will not be accepted after the expiry date.

(promotional gift voucher offers may have a shorter valid period)

 

All courses must be paid in full at time of booking and completed within the 3,5 or 6 months stated and are non-refundable. Missed appointments may result in treatments deducted from your course.


 

Your treatment appointment is reserved specifically for you. I therefore ask that you notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment (this includes downgrading your appointment services, if you decide that you only want a portion of the services you are scheduled for) as a courtesy to both myself and other clients. Giving notice will enable me to reschedule your treatment to a more convenient time.

Clients who have previously missed 2 or more appointments will be asked to pay in full when booking for a future treatment.
